The working process of YJ series hydraulic shearing machineThe process of hydraulic shearing machine is divided into three stages:(a)Crop front-end: Hang the full coil on the uncoiler, draw out the front-end, put it on the knife-edge, keep the center of the strip and the blade in line, cut the irregular side of the front-end of the strip to normal standard.(b)Crop back-end: When a full coil is about to transmit to the end, put the back-end on the knife-edge of the shearing machine, keep the center of the strip and the blade in line, cut the irregular side of the back-end of the strip to normal standard.(c)Butt welding: After cutting the back-end of the strip, put it on the welding platform, press it with the pressure plate,and after cutting the front-end of the strip, put it on the welding platform, press it with the pressure plate, align the strip and ensure the cut surface next. Then use the argon welder to weld, the seam must be full-welding and complete penetration. And ensure the quality of welding, In order to not to impact normal production.
